For multi-banner retail freight, transportation, and DC operations

One inbound freight record, from shipment evidence to operator review.

Quayledger connects BOL and freight-invoice reconciliation, existing dock appointments, and accessorial dispute drafts around the evidence operators use to review each load. Explore the current workflows, then tell us which lane a 60–90-day live-shadow pilot should examine.

Current inbound workflow

Review the records and decisions Quayledger supports today.

The pilot can observe a real freight lane alongside your current systems. These are the inbound workflow controls available in the product now.

01 · Reconcile files

Match a BOL CSV to a freight-invoice CSV.

Quayledger joins rows on PO + item. Review match, mismatch, and delayed counts, then inspect shipment evidence, invoice charge lines, field differences, delay reasons, and notes. Configured accessorial thresholds help identify charge lines for review.

02 · Review a dock slot

Update an appointment already on the calendar.

Move an existing appointment to a valid operating-hours slot, edit operator notes, or mark it overridden. These controls update the appointment in Quayledger; they do not create a carrier booking or notify a trading partner.

03 · Review dispute drafts

Keep accessorial approval and follow-up with the operator.

Eligible disputes can be prepared from a shipment's supported invoice charge and configured rule for operator review and editing. Operators save edits, approve into Queued, then send separately. Detention and layover drafts require actual gate-in and gate-out records. Operators record responses and resolution manually; Quayledger does not automatically approve, negotiate, or resolve a dispute.
